Who we are

Lionel is one of the most respected public affairs professionals in the UK. He is extremely well networked and has an excellent industry and political contact book. Lionel has a particularly strong understanding of and relationship with the Conservative Party, but also has superb political contacts across the political spectrum.

He has extensive international experience, having travelled widely in Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East, attended American International Schools in Warsaw and Saigon and worked in Southern Africa.

Lionel is vice president of Public Affairs Asia, former president of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He is the author of a definitive book on lobbying, published in the UK, EU, US and Far East and was voted Public Affairs News Public Affairs Personality of the Year 2008.

His extensive experience includes political campaigning and research. He is a sought after public speaker on all aspects of politics, public affairs and public relations.
